As a visual artist, Heather works with small sculpture, assemblages, watercolour, acrylic and stop motion. Her work explores concepts of measurement and value, play and wonder. Her background in theatre inspires her to create narrative images through the use of artifacts and built objects. Her recent explorations in painting and stop motion draw from her work in puppetry, spectacle and theatrical narrative.
