'Heather has designed many courses that specifically tackle the problems of creativity, collaboration and acquiring technical skills. I credit her with introducing me to the many possibilities for bringing these challenges into the classroom. She has certainly affected the way that I teach and develop curriculum, and I consider it one of the great pleasures of my teaching career to have worked with her.'
